MinganaX Ltd. is an independent private company established to advance scientific research, private psychology, educational study, and the preservation and development of the private Ahslam Creed.

The company exists to encourage disciplined learning, ethical research, personal development and responsible scientific inquiry while maintaining the traditions, values and principles of the Ahslam Creed.

MinganaX Ltd. operates according to the following principles:

The philosophical and religious foundation of MinganaX Ltd. is the Private Creed of Ahslam.

The company recognises as its guiding religious and historical framework:

• the Banner of Ahslam;
• the Four Page Folio Qur'an Manuscript;
• the Birmingham Cadbury Hijazi Manuscript; and
• Hijazi Law as interpreted within the private Ahslam Creed.

These foundations provide the ethical framework through which company decisions, membership standards and internal conduct are interpreted.

Participation within the Ahslam Creed is entirely voluntary.

MinganaX Ltd. believes that:

Knowledge carries responsibility.

Scientific discovery must never be separated from ethics.

Psychological development requires confidentiality, respect and honesty.

Private religious study should remain peaceful, voluntary and free from coercion.

Members are expected to contribute positively towards research, education and respectful discussion.

Members, staff and participants agree to:

act honestly;

respect confidentiality;

avoid harassment;

avoid intimidation;

avoid fraud or deception;

respect scientific evidence;

respect lawful conduct;

protect intellectual property;

conduct research responsibly;

maintain respectful dialogue.

Every member agrees to:

conduct themselves respectfully;

avoid abusive behaviour;

avoid discrimination within the private community;

maintain confidentiality regarding private materials;

respect scientific integrity;

avoid spreading false information regarding MinganaX Ltd. or the Ahslam Creed;

respect moderation decisions;

avoid conflicts of interest;

comply with applicable laws.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Membership of the Ahslam Creed is entirely voluntary.

Applications may be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of MinganaX Ltd.

The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership where it reasonably considers that doing so is necessary to preserve the peaceful operation, religious integrity, security or objectives of the private organisation, or to prevent disruption or conflict.

Nothing in this policy permits unlawful discrimination where applicable law provides otherwise.

MinganaX Ltd. is a private organisation.

The company reserves the right to refuse to enter into commercial relationships, partnerships or membership arrangements where, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law, it considers that the proposed relationship would conflict with its organisational values, religious framework, security, ethical standards or legitimate business interests.

Online psychology education, mentoring and related private services are intended only for persons aged 17 years or older.

Persons under the age of 17 may not register or participate.

Applicants must be at least 17 years of age to apply for membership of the private Ahslam Creed.

Scientific research peptides are supplied exclusively:

• to adults aged 18 years or older;
• for lawful laboratory and scientific research purposes only;
• not for human consumption;
• not for veterinary use;
• not for medical treatment;
• not for diagnostic use.

Proof of age may be required.

Orders may be cancelled where age or research status cannot be reasonably verified.

MinganaX Ltd. values privacy.

We collect only information reasonably necessary to operate our services.

Information may include:

• name;
• email address;
• account information;
• purchase records;
• payment confirmations;
• research account information;
• membership information;
• technical website information.

Payment card information is processed by secure third-party payment providers and is not stored by MinganaX Ltd. unless legally required.
