    AHL Governance Pack.

    Private Ledger-Based Unit of Account Framework (Non-ERC-20)

    1. Purpose

    The AHL Unit is established as a private ledger-based unit of account for the exchange of approved products and services within the AHL Governance Network.

    The AHL Unit is not designed as a publicly transferable blockchain token. Instead, it operates as an internal accounting denomination recorded on a permissioned smart contract ledger.

    2. Nature of the AHL Unit

    The AHL Unit shall:

    • operate solely as an internal unit of account;
    • exist only as ledger entries maintained by the Governance Smart Contract;
    • not implement the ERC-20 standard;
    • not provide unrestricted peer-to-peer transfers;
    • not be intended as a publicly traded cryptocurrency.

    All balance adjustments shall occur only through approved governance procedures.

    2A. AHL Unit Measurement & Accounting Framework

    Definition

    The AHL Unit (AHL) is the official fixed accounting unit defined and governed by the MinganaX Ahslam Private Creed Merchant Trading Unit System.

    The AHL Unit serves as the standard measurement of value for recording, pricing, exchanging and settling approved products and services within the AHL Governance Network.

    The AHL Unit exists exclusively as a permissioned ledger-based accounting unit recorded by the Governance Smart Contracts. It is not implemented as an ERC-20 token and is not intended to function as a publicly transferable cryptocurrency.

    Fixed Accounting Value

    The accounting value assigned to one (1) AHL Unit shall be established and maintained by the governance framework of the MinganaX Ahslam Private Creed Merchant Trading Unit System.

    The value shall remain fixed unless amended through the constitutional governance process requiring the prescribed approval thresholds of the AHL Unit Owner, Council and Treasury.

    No individual participant, merchant or organisation may independently alter the accounting value of the AHL Unit.

    Purpose

    The AHL Unit is intended to provide:

    • a stable private accounting standard for authorised exchanges;
    • a uniform measurement of value throughout the MinganaX ecosystem;
    • transparent and auditable ledger settlement;
    • a common accounting framework capable of supporting participation by approved merchants, institutions and commercial enterprises;
    • long-term socio-economic ecosystem development in accordance with the MinganaX Ahslam Vision.

    Merchant Trading Framework

    Authorised merchants may denominate approved products and services in AHL Units for transactions governed by this framework.

    Each transaction shall be subject to:

    • Merchant authorisation;
    • Governance approval requirements;
    • Treasury approval requirements;
    • Immutable blockchain recording;
    • Timestamped cryptographic receipts;
    • Permanent audit logging.

    Governance Authority

    The definition, accounting methodology and operational standards governing the AHL Unit shall remain under the exclusive authority of the MinganaX Ahslam Governance Framework.

    Any amendment to the accounting standard requires constitutional approval under this Governance Pack.

    Long-Term Vision

    The objective of the AHL Unit is to establish a consistent, transparent and governance-controlled accounting framework capable of supporting private commercial activity within the MinganaX ecosystem, including participation by authorised businesses and larger commercial organisations that choose to operate under its governance rules.

    The AHL Unit is designed to provide a reliable internal measure of value for the network while preserving accountability through multi-party governance, immutable ledger records and cryptographic verification.
